Location Search

Our Location search provides a means to isolate listings and communities by the specific locations within Naples that they are located within; 9 in total from which to choose. Please see the Locations chapter of our Naples Buyer’s Guide for considerable details on all locations. A review of this chapter will allow you to begin exploring real estate that is located within the specific areas of Naples that appeal to you most.

Proximity Search

Proximity enables searches by the proximity of listings and communities to downtown Naples, beaches and our local international airport, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW); used by most who travel to/from Naples. These destinations are often cited as the 3 most important to buyers. All you need to do is input the maximum distance(s) you would like to be and our search tools will isolate listings and communities that match.

Please note:

  • All proximities are “less than,” meaning a listing could be much closer to a destination than your chosen search option. Beach at “< 5 miles” could be on the beach.
  • Downtown Naples is located at the corner of 5th Avenue South and 9th St. North (AKA Rt. 41 or Tamiami Trail)
  • Naples has many, many points of access to our beautiful beaches. We use the 12 most popular access points for distance measurements. There are likely 100 access points across our shorelines.
  • Our waypoint for the Southwest Florida International Airport is the center point, pick up/drop off location of the main terminal.

Waypoints

With regard to Naples communities specifically, please know that we identify the location of each via one mapped waypoint within it. These are typically placed as close to the theoretical center of each community as is possible. Considering that some communities occupy fairly substantial masses of land, it is important to understand that community proximities are relative to this one waypoint alone.

Listing proximities are based off the actual address of the property. These proximities will be as accurate as is possible through current mapping technology; very, very accurate indeed.
