What is this?

Jeffrey Waldman, P.A., is a C2EX Realtor®. This is an endorsement by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). It is the only endorsement offered by the NAR and is shared by less than 10% of Realtors® nationwide.

The level of expertise obtained, maintained and demonstrated by any professional service provider, be they a doctor, lawyer, financial planner, Realtor® or otherwise can vary significantly. Customers and clients alike are often left to word-of-mouth, online testimonials, certifications and/or designations to help locate and assess a professional to hire. With over 1.3M Realtors® nationwide, with widely varying levels of expertise and dedication, the NAR recognized that there was a need to develop something that would allow buyers and sellers a way to distinguish Realtors® that stand out amongst the crowd as exceptional from all the rest. The C2EX endorsement was developed specifically for the purpose of differentiating real estate agents that are demonstrably committed to excellence as NAR members and real estate professionals from those that are not.

How is this obtained?

In order to receive this endorsement by the NAR a member must prove their expertise across 10 core competencies. They are extensively tested. They must also be committed to maintaining superior expertise; testing is done every 3 years. The core competencies that must be mastered include:
