Your Account

Account Registration

Account registration is free, fast, and easy. And it provides many benefits to you. You register by clicking on the log in/register button in our site header or via any of the popup forms you might be presented with when on the site. You first input your email address. If we do not have an account for you already, you will then be prompted to provide your name and phone number to create an account. Finally, you will receive an email reply asking you to verify the account/email address via a passcode. This helps us block spam, etc. It also ensures that you do not have to remember a password.

A valid email address is required to access some of the proprietary features and content of this site, as well as enable some of its functions. As an example, site users would not be able to save “loved” or “liked” listings and create automated custom home searches without a personal account to save them to. And they would not be able to get listing and search updates without an email address to send them to. Additionally, an account allows us to communicate with each other more easily. Should you have questions or would like to schedule showings it should take fewer clicks to send your requests to us when you are logged into the site. Finally, we want a means to communicate with you and hope you might be open to this. If you are not, no problem. You can still use and benefit from this site. (Please see Notification Preferences below for more.)

Log In

Should you have an account, but not be logged in, you might be presented with a popup asking you to do so. As mentioned above, we need an account to save information to on your behalf. Furthermore, we reserve some portions of the site for logged in account holders only. Much of our content is proprietary. We want to share it only with those that hold valid accounts.

Your Account

Once you register on the site and are logged in to it “Your Account” will appear on the right side of our site header; next to the Call Us button on desktop computers. Clicking or hovering on this will open a dropdown menu containing 6 options. These are My Dashboard, My Saved Listings, My Custom Searches, My Saved Communities, For Your Consideration and Logout.

My Dashboard

My Dashboard opens on the first of three account tabs. Each are briefly described below.

Account Details

My Dashboard opens on this specific tab. This lists your name, email address, and the phone number associated with your account. You can update any from this tab if necessary. The email address here is the email address that will receive saved search updates, etc., should you choose to receive them.

Get Help

If you need any assistance at all, links to call us or schedule a call, video meeting, etc., are located here.

Delete Account

If you would like to delete your account in its entirety all you need to do is click the link contained herein. Please know that once an account is deleted any/all data related to the account is unrecoverable.

My Saved Listings

This is a direct link to all of the listings you have saved by “loving” or “liking” them on the listing cards you have perused or full listing pages you have visited. Should you like to remove any listing please click Love or Like again and the listing will be removed upon page refresh.

You can revisit each listing you have saved by clicking on the listing card. This will take you directly to the full listing page of the property. You will note that the heart is red if Loved and thumb icon is green if Liked, indicating the listing as saved. If you click either again from the full listing page it will remove the listing from My Saved Listings.

My Custom Searches

This page contains all custom listing searches you have created and saved to your account or we have created and saved on your behalf. Our Advanced Naples Real Estate Search is unrivaled within the real estate industry. We encourage you to explore your options through it and save custom searches that hone in on what you might be interested in purchasing.

My Saved Communities

This is a direct link to all of the communities you have saved by “loving” or “liking” them on the community cards you have perused or full community pages you have visited. Should you like to remove any community please click Love or Like again and the community will be removed upon page refresh.

You can revisit each community you have saved by clicking on the community card. You will note that the heart is red if Loved and thumb icon is green if Liked, indicating the community as saved. If you click either again from the community page it will remove the community from My Saved Communities.

For Your Consideration

If the lightbulb is lit on any listing, community, subdivision or residential building card or page we believe it might meet your interests, needs and price point. We are presenting it to you for your consideration. The For Your Consideration page is populated with all listings, communities, subdivisions and/or residential buildings that we have saved on your behalf.

If we have saved any listing, community, subdivision or residential building on your behalf please Love or Like it if there might in fact be a match. This will place these into your My Saved Listings or My Saved Communities pages respectively. This way, you can sort, set notification preferences, etc.

Of course, we cannot present listings and/or communities for your consideration if we do not know what you are interested in. If you would like our assistance in identifying Naples homes and/or communities that might meet your interests, needs and price point as closely as is possible, please contact us. We would be happy to help you.

Notification Preferences

My Saved Listings, My Custom Searches and My Saved Communities have email notification options. Should you like to receive email updates, please click on these links. You will be presented with various options from which to choose including:

Email Frequency

Off: Turns email notifications off entirely.

ASAP: Within approximately 10 minutes of any update

Daily: Every day; typically sent in the morning around 8:00am ET (This is the default notification setting.)

Weekly: Every Friday; typically sent in the morning around 10:00am ET

Type

Type allows you to choose what types of email updates you receive. These differ a bit between My Saved Listings, My Custom Searches and My Saved Communities. All type options are self-explanatory.

Preference

Preference allows you to get updates on All custom search results, saved listings and communities, or only those you have Loved or Liked.

Logout

While we encourage you to remain logged in to your account – so you don’t have to log back in every time you visit Naples Abodes – we understand that many like to log out of sites, clear their browser caches, close their browsers, etc. Click logout to do so.
